Account Info: Username, crew code, payment information for Voice Chat unlocks.
Location Data: Live location and speed for social map features.
Usage Data: App interactions, sessions, crash logs.

To provide and improve the SKRT App.
To enable crew mapping and voice chat features.
To process payments and subscriptions.
To protect users, prevent fraud, and enforce the Constitution and Terms.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Due to our end-to-end encryption and security measures, our ability to share data is technically limited. When required, we may share only specific information:

With essential service providers (payment processors, hosting providers) - limited to necessary operational data.
If legally required (such as by court order or government request) - only data we can technically access.

Crew Data Privacy:

Your crew data, including location information and communications, is protected by end-to-end encryption. This means:

We cannot access your crew data, even if we wanted to
When crews are disbanded, all associated data is permanently deleted
Location data and communications are only accessible to active crew members
No historical crew data is stored or accessible after crew dissolution

4. Data Security

Your privacy and security are our top priority. We employ industry-leading encryption and security measures:

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption.
End-to-end encryption for all crew communications and location data.
Sensitive information (access tokens, API keys, credentials) is encrypted at the application level.

Zero-knowledge architecture for maximum privacy.

While we implement the highest grade security measures, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling any additional security features we provide.

Request deletion of your account and data.
Withdraw consent for data processing (by deleting your account).

6. Children's Privacy

SKRT is not directed to children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.
